The week before your service it's a good idea to call EVERY PERSON OR ORGANIZATION you need to play a role at your wedding and ask them to physically check to make sure that they have your wedding on the correct day, at the correct time, and in the correct place.

The Wedding Spreadsheet is an Excel document to help you keep track of shower and wedding guests, vendors, table seating, and your thank-you notes. It was developed by one of my brides, Kathryn De Palma, for her wedding in July 2008. She did a wonderful job!
